Ömer Uyar is the founder of Uyar Law Firm. He graduated with honors from Akdeniz University Faculty of Law in 2016 and earned admission to the LL.M. program with top ranking. He completed his Master of Laws degree with a thesis titled “Creditors’ Remedies Vis-à-vis Limited Liability in Capital Companies.”
His practice primarily focuses on commercial law, trademark law, and enforcement law. He has specialized expertise in franchising agreements and piercing the corporate veil.
